Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Operator

HuddleRoutine is operated by Vermilion Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

2. No Refunds

All subscription fees and one-time charges (including the Team Pilot) are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, partial months, downgrades, or accidental subscription renewals.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel a subscription any time from the in-app billing page under /app/billing, which opens the Stripe-hosted customer portal. After cancellation, your team retains access through the end of the then-current paid period, and the subscription will not renew.

4. Payment Method & Stripe

Payment-method information (card number, expiration, billing ZIP) is collected, stored, and processed by Stripe. We do not store your raw card number on our servers. We receive only Stripe customer / subscription identifiers, plan tier, and billing status. Cancellation or chargeback questions handled by Stripe are subject to Stripe's terms.

5. Included Usage Allowances

Some accounts may receive limited trial access with usage limits. Current limits are shown on the Pricing page or in the app. Trial access is not a paid service, has no cash value, and is not refundable. Some paid plans include a limited monthly allowance of practice attempts, AI scenario suggestions, or custom scenarios per account. These allowances are provided as part of the plan's included usage, have no cash value, are not refundable, and may change at any time.

6. Failed Payments & Past-Due Accounts

If a payment fails, your team may be marked past-due and access to paid features (such as starting huddles) may be paused until payment is restored. If the issue is not resolved, the account may be cancelled per Stripe's retry schedule.
