Voice responses submitted during huddles and practice sessions may be recorded and stored.
2. Transcription
Audio recordings may be transcribed using AI-powered speech-to-text technology.
3. AI Scoring
Transcripts may be scored and analyzed by AI models to provide coaching feedback, including strengths, areas for improvement, and suggested responses.
4. Coaching Aid
AI scores and feedback are coaching aids designed to help teammates practice. They are not objective employment determinations and should not be used as the sole basis for employment, discipline, compensation, termination, or promotion decisions.
5. Manager Visibility
Managers and team leads may see live huddle submissions, transcripts, scores, and coaching feedback for people on their team. Participants can see only their own submissions and feedback.
6. Sensitive Data
Participants should avoid including sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial details, health information) in their responses.
